Robert Parker: From a prime parcel planted in 1922, the new NV Extra-Brut Grand Cru Les Chantereines is based on the 2015 vintage. Bursting with aromas of orange oil, confit citrus, yellow apple, toasted nuts and dried fruits, it's full-bodied, layered and hugely concentrated, despite the pre-harvest rain that fell in the Côte de Blancs, with striking structure and intensity. This is often my favorite of Selosse's lieux-dits, and that's certainly the case in 2015.
