James Suckling: An extremely harmonious sparkling riesling that’s properly dry and has way more depth than the norm in this category. The crisp acidity is animating rather than pointed, much less sharp, and this interlocks beautifully with the fine mousse. So much red-apple and dried-pear character. Long, very clean finish.
